The content on this site is for general information about our services. Prices shown are indicative starting points and are not an offer. Every event is quoted individually.

Quotes and bookings

A booking is confirmed only once we have both signed a written agreement and the booking amount has been received. The agreement sets out the scope, deliverables, payment schedule and cancellation terms for your event, and it takes precedence over anything on this website.

Payments

Payment milestones are listed in your agreement. Vendor costs paid through us are passed on at cost, with receipts, unless agreed otherwise.

Changes and cancellations

Date changes and cancellations are handled under your agreement. Costs already committed to vendors and venues may not be refundable.

Weather and circumstances beyond our control

For outdoor and hill events we always plan a weather backup. We are not liable for delays or changes caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will always work to find the best alternative.

Intellectual property

Text, design and photographs on this website belong to Shrim Events or are used under licence. Please don't reuse them without permission.
