Venue shortlisting
A shortlist matched to your guest count, budget, season and style, with honest notes on each.

Production & Hospitality
The right space, on the right terms, run properly on the day.
Overview
Choosing a venue settles most other decisions: guest count, décor, catering options, sound curfews, parking, even the weather plan. We scout banquet halls, lawns, hotels, heritage properties, hill resorts and riverside camps across Dehradun, Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Corbett and Nainital, and we visit before we recommend. We check what brochures leave out — access roads, power backup, kitchen size and what happens when it rains.
Once a venue is chosen, we negotiate the contract — rates, room blocks, minimum guarantees, décor restrictions, outside caterer fees and curfews — and then manage the venue relationship to the last hour of the event. Venue management is often charged as a percentage of venue spend, and we will tell you when a cheaper option is the better one.

We are paid by you, not the venue, and we disclose our fee upfront. Where a venue offers a referral arrangement, we tell you about it so you can judge our recommendation fairly.
At minimum: rates, taxes, minimum guarantee, room blocks, cancellation terms, décor and sound restrictions, outside vendor fees, setup and strike windows, and the rain or backup plan. We read every clause before you sign.
Often, especially outside peak muhurat dates. We track availability at banquet halls, lawns and hotels across the city and can usually present options within a week.
Parking for large guest numbers, access for décor trucks on narrow roads, power backup for heavy lighting loads, and indoor space for rain or cold. We check all four on the recce.
Client stories
We had 160 guests flying in from Delhi and Mumbai, and fog closed in on the Mussoorie road the evening before our sangeet. Meher had already moved the shuttles to an earlier slot and dressed a covered terrace as backup. Nobody noticed a thing. Our families still talk about the bonfire night under the deodars.
Aditi & Karan MalhotraDestination Wedding, Mussoorie
We took 120 people from our Dehradun pharma company to Rishikesh for two days. Arjun put the sessions in the mornings, rafting and a nature walk in the afternoons, and ended with a riverside dinner people are still talking about. Rooming, safety briefings, coaches: all handled. My inbox had zero complaints afterwards, which has never happened before.

I wanted to surprise my wife with her 50th birthday in Mussoorie, where we spent our honeymoon. Shrim found a small hill property with a terrace facing the valley, arranged for 45 friends to be driven up from Dehradun, and had a photographer ready to catch her face as she walked in. Worth every rupee, and every secret I had to keep.
