Mehendi artist management
Bridal and guest mehendi artists scheduled in rotation, with the bride's application timed around rest and other rituals.

Weddings
Dholki, dancing and hands full of henna — organised, not chaotic.
Overview
The mehendi is an afternoon; the sangeet is a show. One needs shaded seating, six artists working in rotation and a playlist the aunties approve of. The other needs a stage, a sound engineer, a choreographer who can teach a sixty-year-old uncle a hook step, and a running order that keeps twenty family performances under ninety minutes. We plan both with the same attention to timing.
Our team handles décor, artist booking, choreography schedules, sound and light, and the green-room scramble of costume changes. On the night, a stage manager with a cue sheet runs every performance, the DJ knows exactly when to take over, and dinner service opens at the moment the dance floor fills up.
What's included
Bridal and guest mehendi artists scheduled in rotation, with the bride's application timed around rest and other rituals.
A choreographer, a rehearsal calendar and a shared performance list, with sessions in Dehradun or over video for out-of-town family.
A performance stage, line-array sound, wireless mics and a light plot designed for dance, not just dinner.
A cue sheet timing every performance, anchor link, video montage and DJ handover to the minute.
Low seating, floral canopies and bright palettes for the mehendi; a theatre-style or lounge layout for the sangeet.
Dhol players, folk artists, a DJ or live band, plus chaat and live counters that suit an evening of dancing.
The process
We agree the performances, guest list and entertainment mix, and set the rehearsal calendar.
Separate looks for mehendi and sangeet, with stage and seating drawn to scale for the venue.
Choreography sessions, a technical rehearsal with sound and light, and a dress rehearsal on the day.
A stage manager and coordinators run cues, costume changes and seating from start to after-party.
Options
Indicative starting prices. Your final quote depends on guest count, venue and the details you choose.

For the bride, one senior artist and four to six hours. For guests, we plan roughly one artist per 20-25 guests who want henna, so a 100-guest mehendi usually needs five or six artists working in rotation.
Three to four weeks is comfortable for most families, with six to eight sessions in total. We record each routine so relatives in other cities can practise at home and join for the final two rehearsals.
Yes, and it is common at destination weddings. We run the mehendi from late morning, give the bride two hours of rest, and turn the same venue around for the sangeet using a separate backstage crew.
We can bring in a bilingual anchor who works from our cue sheet, or support a cousin or friend who wants to host. Either way, the anchor's links are scripted against the running order so the show keeps moving.
Client stories
My sangeet had 22 performances, a small army of cousins and one very nervous father. The Shrim team ran rehearsals to a proper timetable, did the sound check twice, and got the DJ to switch to old Kishore Kumar songs the moment the elders took the floor. It was the most fun night of the whole wedding.

Four hundred guests, two caterers and a baraat that arrived forty minutes late. Tushar handled it all calmly and kept the pheras on muhurat. The food was excellent and reached the last table hot. My only small complaint is that I would have liked the final invoice a little sooner. Otherwise, I could simply be a father that day.

We booked Shrim for our ring ceremony and ended up trusting them with everything after it. They found a photographer who caught my nani laughing mid-ceremony, organised a sunrise pre-wedding shoot near Sahastradhara, and kept both families on one shared plan. Having the same team from the ring to the vidaai made it all feel connected.
