Product Launches, done properly
A product launch has one moment that matters: the reveal. Everything else — the invitations, the stage, the host, the lighting, the media seating — exists to make that moment land. We design launches backwards from it, working with your brand and marketing teams on the story, then building the staging, technical cues and guest experience that deliver it in the room and on camera.
We produce launches for automobiles, real estate, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and retail in Dehradun and across Uttarakhand, from 80-guest dealer previews to open-ground launches for the public. Media management, influencer seating, dealer hospitality, product displays and post-launch activations are all part of the same plan, run by the same team.

Product Launches: your questions
How far ahead should a launch be planned?
Six to eight weeks is comfortable for a trade launch; public launches with celebrity appearances need ten to twelve. Custom reveal mechanisms and fabrication need the most lead time.
Can you manage a launch while the product is under embargo?
Yes. We limit design files to a small team, sign NDAs with fabricators and keep the product covered and guarded through setup and rehearsal. The reveal is rehearsed with a stand-in wherever possible.
Do you invite local media in Dehradun?
We manage invitations and coordination with regional print, TV and digital media, and arrange interviews with spokespeople. We do not guarantee coverage — no honest agency can — but we make it easy for journalists to attend and report.
Can the launch travel to other cities?
We can adapt a launch format into a roadshow across Uttarakhand and neighbouring states, reusing modular stages and AV to keep costs sensible.
