Most events do not go wrong because of one bad vendor; they go wrong in the gaps between vendors. The décor team arrives before the venue is cleared, the caterer is not told the ceremony is running late, the photographer misses the entry because nobody gave the cue. Complete coordination closes those gaps. One lead holds the plan, every vendor works from the same run-sheet, and every change reaches everyone.

Complete Event Coordination: your questions
We have already booked our vendors. Can you still help?
Yes, that is exactly what day-of and partial coordination are for. We take over your existing contracts, brief every vendor and build the run-sheet, so you are not the one answering calls on the day.
How many coordinators will be on site?
It depends on the size and number of functions: typically four to six for a 200-guest event and twelve to twenty for a large multi-venue wedding. Each coordinator owns a specific area.
Will we have access to the planning documents?
Yes. You get a shared tracker with the timeline, vendor status, budget and run-sheets, and you can check it whenever you like. Nothing lives only in someone's head.
What happens if a vendor lets us down?
We keep backup options for critical services — décor, sound, catering support and transport — and step in immediately. Contracts include clear deliverables, so any shortfall is documented and settled fairly afterwards.
