Who we are

This website is run by Shrim Events, an event planning and management company at Basement, RS Pratham, A-5, Shah Nagar, Defence Colony Rd, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248012. You can reach us at [email protected] or +91 85888 45233.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, it prepares a WhatsApp message containing the details you entered, such as your name, phone number, email, event date, location, budget and requirements. Nothing is stored on this website's server. The information reaches us only when you choose to send that message.

Like most websites, our host may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and plan your event. With your consent we may share relevant details with vendors, such as caterers, decorators and venues, strictly to deliver your event.

Third-party services

Forms open WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and subject to its own privacy policy. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps. Social sharing links take you to the respective platforms.

Photos from events

We may use photographs from events we have planned in our portfolio, but only with the host's permission. If you would like an image removed, write to us and we will take it down promptly.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing us.
