Corporate Events, done properly
Corporate events are judged on different terms. The CEO's keynote must start at 9:30, not 9:50; the sales team needs working Wi-Fi in a hill resort; the finance head needs a clean invoice with GST. We plan offsites, town halls, dealer meets and retreats with the discipline of a project, and with enough warmth that people come home talking about the evenings as well as the sessions.
Dehradun is about an hour from Rishikesh and Mussoorie and within a day's drive of Jim Corbett, which makes Uttarakhand a natural offsite region for teams from Delhi NCR and beyond. We handle venue sourcing, travel, AV, team-building, gala dinners and local experiences, with one point of contact from brief to final report.

Corporate Events: your questions
Do hill resorts in Uttarakhand have good conference facilities?
Some do, and some only claim to. We check bandwidth, projector brightness, power backup and breakout room sizes on a recce before recommending a venue, and bring in our own AV when the in-house kit falls short.
How do you handle GST and invoicing?
We issue a consolidated GST invoice for our services and production, with vendor costs broken out as your finance team requires. Purchase orders, advance schedules and final reconciliation are agreed at the start.
Can we run an offsite in the monsoon?
July to mid-September brings heavy rain and occasional landslides on hill roads, so we usually recommend Dehradun or Rishikesh venues with short transfers. If the hills are essential, we build in buffer time and alternate routes.
Can you manage team-building activities in-house?
Yes. We work with trained rafting operators, trail guides and facilitators, and we design activities around your team's fitness and interests rather than pushing everyone into the river.
