Celebrity & Artist Management, done properly
Booking an artist is the easy part; managing the day is where it goes wrong. Flights land late, riders ask for things the venue cannot supply, the soundcheck clashes with the baraat and security has not been briefed. We book singers, bands, Sufi and folk ensembles, comedians, anchors and celebrity guests, and then manage every hour between their arrival at Jolly Grant and their departure.
We work with artists and their management directly or through established agencies, with clear contracts, verified fees and signed riders. For weddings, corporate events and college fests across Uttarakhand, we handle hospitality, technical requirements, green rooms, security and stage timings, so the performance is the only part of the operation the audience ever sees.

How far ahead should we book a well-known singer?
For the winter wedding season and college fest months, three to six months ahead. Popular artists are often booked on peak muhurat dates a year in advance.
What does an artist's rider include?
A technical rider covers sound, backline, lighting and stage requirements; a hospitality rider covers travel class, hotel, meals and green room. We review both and negotiate anything unreasonable before you sign.
Is the artist fee the only cost?
No. Travel, stay, backline, sound upgrades, security and GST can add 20-40% to the headline fee. We give you a landed cost before you commit.
Can a celebrity attend a private wedding?
Many celebrities accept private appearances or performances at weddings, subject to their schedules and terms. We handle the negotiation and security, and set clear expectations on photographs and time on site.
