For a full wedding, we recommend booking 9 to 12 months ahead, especially for peak dates between November and February, when venues and the most sought-after vendors fill up early. Corporate events and smaller celebrations usually need 4 to 8 weeks. The earlier we start, the more choice you have on venues, vendors and dates.

Yes. We have planned weddings in under three months and smaller celebrations in a couple of weeks. A shorter timeline means quicker decisions and a narrower choice of venues and vendors, but with a clear budget and a family willing to decide promptly, it works well.

Of course. If you already have a photographer, caterer or make-up artist you trust, we coordinate with them exactly as we would with our own partners, sharing briefs, timelines and site details. Some venues charge a fee for outside vendors, so we check that for you in advance.

Our pricing has two parts. The management fee covers planning, design, vendor coordination and on-ground execution by our team. The production cost covers everything physical, such as décor, lighting, sound, staging and tents, and is quoted separately and itemised so you can see exactly where your money goes.

We have starting packages for common formats, but almost every event we plan ends up customised. You can choose full planning, partial planning or individual services like décor, catering coordination or guest management. We then build a quote around your guest count, venue and priorities.

Yes. If you have planned most of the event yourselves, our day-of coordination service puts an experienced team in charge of timelines, vendors and guests on the day. We usually start three to four weeks ahead to review vendor contracts, build the running order and walk the venue.

Yes. Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Jim Corbett, Nainital and Auli are our home ground, but we also plan weddings in Udaipur, Jaipur, Goa and other destinations. Our core team travels with you, and we work with trusted local vendors at each location.

Every outdoor function we plan in the hills has a covered backup, such as a pre-booked hall or a weatherproof tent, decided well in advance rather than on the day. We track forecasts closely in the final week, build buffer time into hill-road transfers, and keep heaters, umbrellas and shawls ready. During the monsoon, we generally recommend indoor formats.

Yes. Depending on the event, we arrange police permission for baraats and processions, temporary liquor licences from the excise department, sound permissions, riverside approvals in Rishikesh and fire safety clearances for large structures. Most take two to four weeks, so we start on them well before the date.

Yes. Alongside Dehradun and Uttarakhand, we plan weddings, corporate events and private celebrations across Delhi, Noida and Gurugram. Our core team runs the planning and is on the ground for the event, working with trusted vendors in Delhi NCR. Many of our clients are also NCR families and companies planning a wedding or offsite in the hills.

Absolutely. Based on your guest count, dates, budget and style, we shortlist venues and share honest notes on each, including access roads, room inventory, sound rules and rain backup. When we are planning your event, venue shortlisting is part of the service.

Completely. Our design team starts with a mood board built from your ideas, family traditions and the venue, then develops palettes, floral plans, lighting and stage designs for each function. You approve every element before production begins, and we are happy to work in heirloom textiles, family photographs or regional crafts.

Yes. We accompany you to shortlisted venues in Dehradun, Mussoorie, Rishikesh and beyond, ideally at the same time of day as your main function. For clients living outside Uttarakhand, we can start with detailed video walkthroughs and then plan one visit to the final two or three options.

Yes. We manage RSVPs, rooming lists, hotel coordination, hospitality desks, welcome hampers and all guest transport, from airport and station pickups to shuttles between hotels and venues. Every guest gets a single helpline number, and our coordinators stay on duty until the last guest is back at their hotel.

We deliberately limit how many events we take on each day so that every client has a dedicated team. Your lead planner and core crew are assigned to your event alone for its duration, and you will have their direct numbers from the first meeting to the final send-off.

We work with a range of photographers and filmmakers, from candid wedding specialists to full cinematic teams with drone coverage where it is permitted. We match them to your style and budget, share portfolios, and coordinate shot lists and timings so no important moment is missed.

Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Once the menu is shortlisted, we arrange a tasting with the caterer, ideally with both families present. We also plan the counters, service staff and dietary needs such as Jain, vegan or allergy-friendly options.

After your enquiry, we set up a consultation and then share a detailed proposal. You confirm with a booking amount, typically 25 to 30 percent of the management fee, and we sign a written agreement. The rest is paid in milestones tied to planning stages, with production and vendor payments scheduled as each is confirmed and the final balance usually due a week before the event.

Plans change, and we understand that. Rescheduling is usually possible with your booking amount carried forward, subject to venue and vendor availability on the new date. Cancellation terms depend on how close to the event it happens and what has already been committed to vendors, and they are set out clearly in our agreement before you book.
