Concept & mood boards
A design direction for each function, with colour, flowers, textures and references.

Production & Hospitality
Designed on paper, sampled in person, built to the centimetre.
Overview
Good décor starts with a drawing, not a Pinterest board. We design every mandap, stage and entrance to scale for your venue, with renders you can walk through and a material list you can price line by line. Then we sample it — the flower, the fabric, the lighting colour — before a single truss goes up. What you approve is what gets built.
Our design work runs across weddings, parties and corporate events in Dehradun and the hills: marigold-and-pine mandaps facing the valley, riverside haldi setups, ballroom receptions and brand environments for launches. We work with florists, fabricators and lighting crews we know well, and we plan for the realities of hill venues — wind, early dusk and narrow access roads.
What's included
A design direction for each function, with colour, flowers, textures and references.
To-scale plans and renders of mandaps, stages and entrances for approval.

Warm washes, festoons, chandeliers and architectural lighting planned together with the décor.
Custom stages, backdrops, signage and installations built by our fabrication partners.
Physical samples of key elements — a table setting, a floral pillar — before final approval.
The process
We gather your references, the venue plan and the mood you want.
Concepts, layouts and renders presented with a costed material list.
Key elements mocked up for you to see and touch.
Setup crews work to a schedule, often overnight, with a design lead on site.
Décor removed on time and the venue returned as agreed.

Yes. We share 3D renders for approval and sample key elements — a floral arrangement, a table setting, a lighting colour — at our studio or the venue. Large installations are signed off from renders and a scale material board.
Marigold, chrysanthemum, carnation, orchids and hydrangea hold up well in cool hill air; delicate roses and lilies need shade and late installation. We plan florals around the season and the venue's temperature.
Where it makes sense — lighting rigs, draping structures and some floral elements can be re-dressed between functions to save cost. We plan this in advance rather than improvising on the day.
A mehendi or haldi setup takes four to six hours; a full wedding mandap and reception stage can take eighteen to twenty-four. We confirm venue access windows before designing anything that needs longer.
Client stories
We wanted a forest wedding without it feeling like a theme park, and Ananya understood that at our first meeting. The haldi was under a mango tree with sal leaves and marigolds, the mandap in soft ivory and brass. The team also dealt with the eco-zone rules on music and fireworks, so we never had to.
Shreya & Ankit BhandariDestination Wedding, Jim Corbett
I wanted a reception that felt like a Punjabi winter night: warm, loud and golden. Ananya's team built it with brass lanterns, a marigold ceiling and heaters tucked beside every table. Kabir looked after the live singer's travel and stage requirements and still had the lighting ready before the first guest walked in. My dadi danced for an hour.
Simran KaurWedding Reception, Dehradun
For our skincare range launch we had three weeks, a hotel ballroom and 250 retailers and media guests to impress. Shrim built a stage set that looked nothing like a ballroom, ran the reveal cues to the second, and had the DJ keep the energy up through networking. Our sales team left that evening with a full diary of distributor meetings.
