Conferences are won or lost on logistics. Delegates need to register without a queue, find the right hall, hear the speaker clearly and get lunch in forty minutes. Speakers need their slides loaded, their flights met and their honorarium processed. We manage medical CMEs, academic seminars, industry conferences and institutional events with the rigour those details require, from the first delegate mailer to the last certificate.
Dehradun hosts a steady stream of conferences — medical, scientific, forestry, education and defence-linked — and we know which halls seat 400 theatre-style, which hotels can take a delegation of 150 at short notice and how to move delegates between them. We bring registration systems, AV crews, hospitality desks and a single accountable project manager.

Conferences & Seminars: your questions
Do you handle CME accreditation paperwork?
We support the organising committee with the documentation, attendance tracking and certificates that CME credit points require. The application itself is made by the organising body, and we make sure the records it needs are accurate.
Can you live stream sessions?
Yes. We provide multi-camera streaming to YouTube, Zoom or a private platform, with a dedicated internet line where the venue's bandwidth is not enough.
How do you manage speaker slides?
We collect slides a week in advance, test them on the hall system and keep a speaker ready-room with a technician. Last-minute changes are loaded from the ready-room, not from a pen drive at the podium.
Can delegates be accommodated across multiple hotels?
For large conferences we often block rooms at two or three hotels near the venue and run shuttles at fixed times. Delegates receive a rooming confirmation and shuttle schedule before they travel.
